Every one is welcome to attend my classes. My main style is dynamic vinyasa, a challenging yet adjusted to all levels practice. The use of breath and asana is a continues flow, a moving meditation, integrating philosophy and various styles of music. I try to share and bring to class a sense of spirituality and positive energy so one can build confidence, stability, strength, concentration and calm the mind.  The benefits are ongoing click here

Corporate

Why not practice yoga at your work place, it saves you travel time, and it is stress free. You don't need to go no where I will come to you.
Early Morning/Lunch time or after hours, whatever suits you best.
Take some time for yourself and enjoy a moment of stillness. Learn to unwind and enjoy your deep breath for a calmer mind, focus and control.The class is tailored to however Dynamic or relaxing ( meditative) as you wish. Either way, you will feel revitalized and a great sense of harmony and well being.

The advantages are many.You get to practice at your own home or studio, your session will be tailor made for you, taking into consideration, your health, such as an injury or a life long illness, life style. Most importantly it will bring you balance, peace and great strength to your life.  All these benefits can be address more thoroughly during a 121, as we focus only on the individual. The outcome is priceless and your journey will be the greatest challenge in life as you begin to understand ore about your body, mind and needs.

 Workshops Battersea Park by Big Buddha

Environmental yoga is an amazing experience, whether its on the beach, up in the mountains, jungle, park or on you back garden. It is as close as you can get to nature, and the best way to recharge and cultivate positive energy, bringing you a sense of peace and harmony.
During the summer season, i teach every Sunday, morning practice a 2 hours workshop by the Big Buddha.
Join me for a body mind and spirit experience, and  practice whilst listening to the soothing and natural sounds nature expels at us,and enjoy the natural smell of blooming flowers...D
